The DeFelsko® PosiTector® SHD Test Stands represent an essential tool for professionals seeking to achieve the highest level of accuracy and repeatability in Shore hardness testing. By significantly reducing operator influence, these stands ensure that the PosiTector® SHD durometer's probe is placed consistently perpendicular to the material being tested, thereby enhancing the reliability of the measurement process. 

Available in two models, the SHDSTANDA and SHDSTANDD are specifically designed to complement Shore A and Shore D hardness testing, respectively. The SHDSTANDA is equipped with a 1 kg deadweight, ideal for the softer materials measured by Shore A standards. Conversely, the SHDSTANDD, designed for the harder materials assessed by Shore D standards, includes a substantial 5 kg deadweight to ensure accurate application of force during testing. 

These test stands are invaluable in laboratory, quality control, and production environments where precision is paramount.
