The Heavy Duty Tungsten Carbide Blast Nozzle is an industrial-strength abrasive blasting nozzle designed for superior performance and durability. Its long venturi-style design increases production rates by about 40% compared to straight-bore nozzles, while also providing a more even abrasive dispersion across the blast pattern. Key features of the Heavy Duty Tungsten Carbide Blast Nozzle include:
- 1-1/4″ NPSM (32 mm) fine industrial brass threads
- Long venturi design for increased abrasive speed and dispersion
- Tungsten carbide liner for enhanced durability and wear life of 200-500 hours
- Brass thread polyurethane jacket for impact protection and lighter weight
- Replace nozzles when they wear to the next size larger to maintain optimum pressure and performance
- Available in multiple sizes, with 1″ (25 mm) wide throat entry for 3/16″ – 1/4″ and 1 1/4″ (32 mm) wide throat entry for 5/16″ – 3/4″ nozzles
