This efficient system enables the recovery of abrasive for either recycling or disposal. With power options such as diesel, electric, and compressed air, the Vacuload IV offers the advantage of using the same compressor as the one used for blasting.

The Vacuload IV boasts portability with fork pockets and retractable legs, which assist in quick set-up, transportation, and knockdown. The system is designed to maximize cartridge life, featuring pulse valve controls that allow for adjustments in both length of pulse and frequency of pulse. Additionally, an interceptor removes all large abrasive particles and some of the fine abrasive before it reaches the cartridge. 

Suitable for lead removal projects, the Vacuload IV's high-efficiency dust collector ensures that even hazardous materials, such as lead dust, are captured. The system can fill directly into a blast pot or a bulk bag, saving time and effort by eliminating double handling.
