Introducing the Schmidt® Mini Blast and Vacuum Recovery System, SKU: VCBRSMP, a compact, mobile, and easily maneuverable abrasive blasting solution. This unique system blasts and then recovers spent abrasive, contaminants, and dust in one step, thereby eliminating the need for containment. 

The Schmidt® Mini BRS is designed for power and flexibility. It can be used to blast and then vacuum abrasive independently, handling a wide range of recyclable abrasives, including steel grit. Despite its compact size, this system delivers potent performance across a range of blasting pressures. 

It can function effectively with just a 185 cfm compressor and enables blasting and recovery from distances up to 200 feet away. Our miniBRS has been designed with operator comfort in mind. Its ergonomic design, lightweight but durable blast head, and system-matched hoses make it easy and comfortable to use. 

This significantly reduces operator fatigue and boosts productivity, making it an excellent choice for environments where space is limited or mobility is preferred. The Schmidt® Mini BRS offers an abrasive holding capacity of 0.3 cu ft / 8.5 liters, with a blasting rate up to 2.0 m2 per hour. It is equipped with wheels for easy access and includes fork pockets. It is also 100% compressed air-driven, eliminating the need for electricity.
