If you need to finish your paint and blast project faster than the original plan due to weather, you have a few options.
HOW TO BLAST FASTER!
Provide workers with incentives. The workers will definitely be intrigued by this offer, and will tend to work as efficiently as possible.
The workers may have to put in more time over those next few days, but it will all be worth it to them in the end with an extra day off! Other good options could be beer or gift cards.
2) Dehumidification – Using a dehumidifier allows you to blast the whole area without having to worry about flash rusting before putting some paint on it.
3) Use GMA Garnet Abrasive – In order to save you money, use GMA abrasive. GMA has been the leader for removing coatings and blasting new steel.
